"I create because it’s who I am. While the subject matter of my work is frequently botanicals, it’s actually about the interplay between love, healing and growth – which ultimately illuminate the path to happiness and joy. " - Ann Teliczan
Local artist Ann Teliczan resides in Ada, Michigan where she creates her unique work that is described as somewhere between a painting, photograph, pastel and print.
The secret process she uses took her over 5 years to develop and continues to evolve as she refines her technique. Teliczan puts it this way, “Part of what is unique about my work is that it is not defined by a process that people are familiar with, but by the way it makes them feel.”
Her work is featured in large permanent installations throughout the United States including over 380 pieces at the Fort Belvior, Wounded Warrior Project, in Alexandria, VA to 68 pieces in patient rooms at the Katz Women’s Hospital in New York city.
